Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by Canada on my mind are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at commstore1@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Minor variation in color between your screen and the printed product is normal for printed goods and is not considered a defect.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us at commstore1@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, or refused delivery, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping a replacement order.

Please do not mail products back to us. We do not have a return address for physical returns.
