Questions people ask

Is the Calgary mug dishwasher safe?

Yes. The print is fired into the glaze, so it goes through the dishwasher and microwave without fading.

How long does it take to arrive?

Every piece is printed when you order it. Production takes a few business days, then it ships. Most orders in Canada and the US arrive within one to two weeks.

Can I send it to family overseas?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and pay in Canadian dollars. For Europe, the UK, Australia and parts of Asia, our print partner makes it close to them, so it usually arrives within days instead of weeks.

What is different about the yellow edition?

It is the same Calgary design with the yellow inside and handle as the lead colour. You can still pick another colour from the list if you like.
